What you'll be doing: You’ll work alongside the existing D365 F&O team and the wider business to make sure the system continues to work effectively and evolves with the needs of the organization. Day to day, this could include: Working with the existing D365 F&O team to support the internal system Working with finance, operations, and other teams across the business to understand their needs Helping identify ways to improve and streamline existing processes Configuring and enhancing D365 F&OGetting involved in new projects, improvements, and system changes Troubleshooting issues and helping users get the most out of the system Working with external partners and technical teams when needed Helping with integrations, testing, upgrades, and new functionality Sharing ideas and best practices with the wider D365 team

What we're looking for: We’re looking for someone who has a good understanding of D365 F&O and enjoys working closely with both technology and the business. You’ll ideally have: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Experience in a D365 F&O consulting, implementation, support, or functional roleA good understanding of ERP processes and how D365 F&O supports a business The ability to work with both technical teams and business usersA practical, problem-solving mindset Good communication skills and a collaborative approachA willingness to get involved and learn new areas of the system Why this role?
