Job Summary: Applicant must have:
- Experience in residential maintenance in an Apartment Community.
- Experience in turnover and apartment remodeling.
- Experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and basic Electrical. Painting a plus.
- Experience in work orders.
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
- Note that work location is primarily Diamond Bar and occasionally Riverside, Norwalk and Montebello.
