The Division Vice President at Midas leads strategic direction and executes franchise sales priorities to meet annual budgets and drive profitability across the network. You will guide same-store growth, store expansion, and brand standards while strengthening the tire business and overall store performance. You will oversee DSOM, regional managers, and franchisees, ensuring governance compliance and cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate and Development to source new opportunities in
