New Business Development Sales Representative Miami, FL | Full-Time | $60,000-$80,000 base + commissions ($120,000+) | Reports to Founder/CEOSell work that changes how leaders lead. Ebenum Equation is hiring its first dedicated sales representative - a rare chance to own a greenfield territory, work directly with the Founder/CEO, and build the sales engine for a firm at the intersection of leadership development and AI strategy. Our work spans the full leadership and organizational development lifecycle. We partner with clients to accelerate leadership pipelines, design and deliver executive and transitional coaching, build NextGen succession programs, and develop supplier and workforce capabilities for the AI era. On the strategic side, we design AI Strategy + Enablement Sprints, and Operations Playbooks for deployment, - helping organizations move from AI awareness to AI activation. Our programs serve leaders at every level through roundtables, live events, and corporate engagements. What You'll Do:
  • Prospect and open doors, build new client relationships through outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Develop Centers of Influence (COI) channel partners who refer and multiply your pipeline
  • Run a consultative, listening-first sales process from first conversation to close
  • Lead group presentations and one-on-one discovery conversations to uncover client needs
  • Follow up and follow through on every lead and proposal, consistently and with care
  • Strategize with the CEO on account growth, pipeline development, and market approach
What Success Looks Like: You'll be measured on new business growth, topline sales, gross profit margin, and the COI partner network you build. You'll get direct coaching, real autonomy, and commission with no ceiling.

Self-motivated:
  • You manage your own time and pipeline without being told what to do next.
  • What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a new business sales role (B2B)
  • Proven ability to independently manage a pipeline and close new business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations
  • Willing to travel up to 30% to attend conferences, events, and client meetings
  • Must currently live in the Miami, Florida area4-year college degree required
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $60,000-$80,000 base salary + commission; on-target earnings $120,000+Benefits eligibility after 90-day introductory period
