What you will be doing:
- Delegate duties and provide supervision of each team member for quality
- Evaluate team members performance and work with management regarding promotions, transfers, or dismissals
- Provide training to new and experienced team members as needed
Duties include dusting, using backpack vacuums, and cleaning floors on your hands and knees. Company provides all cleaning supplies and equipment.
Must be pet friendly, reliable, willing to work hard and team oriented!
