Technical SIGINT Operator

Basic Qualifications: • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (Full Scope preferred) • 5+ years of relevant SIGINT collection/operations experience within the Intelligence Community or U.S. military • Knowledgeable in ground or airborne SIGINT collection operations, to include RF fundamentals, antennas, modulation types, and SIGINT sensor tasking • Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and associated tooling (e.g., SDRs, receivers, direction-finding suites, signal recorders, processing and exploitation tools) • Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard IC software tools • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to brief teammates and leadership • Military background or equivalent operational experience • Ability to work rotational shift work – sample calendar to be provided • BA or BS degree (Direct relevant and military experience may be applied in lieu of a degree)

Additional Qualifications: • Experience with law enforcement, military, or U.S. government intelligence components • Experience working in an Operations Center or real-time mission environment • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small, high-performing team under time-sensitive conditions • Familiarity with all-source integration to inform tasking and increase collection efficacy Clearance: • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information CADRE is proud of its emphasis on equality of opportunity for all applicants
