Required Qualifications:
Proven experience leading AI or technology enablement in a large organization
Hands-on experience with LLM tooling and building skills or workflows used at scale
Strong partnership experience with data or engineering teams and HR or L&D
Ability to measure adoption and outcomes rigorously
Experience in operations-heavy industries such as real estate, financial services, or healthcare
