Property Management Maintenance Technician We are an expanding real estate company looking to add a Property Management Maintenance Technician to our team. Your main responsibility will be conducting maintenance inspections and performing regular work orders on our rented houses and apartments keeping them in good condition while our residents are living in them. This is a full time $23-25 an hour position.
Qualifications:
  • Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures
  • A valid driver's license, and basic tools.
  • Pass a background and criminal check.
  • Abilities in the following:
  • Show up on time and ready to work
  • Stay on task and work proficiently
  • Have a good attitude with coworkers and customers
  • Follow general company policies.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Lifting of heavy materials
  • Some demolition
  • LandscapingTrash Clean UpBasic Plumbing
  • Basic Appliance and Electrical Repair
  • General maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues
  • Ability to work as part of a team and perform maintenance tasks independently
  • Willing to be on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to fill out necessary paperwork (time cards, work orders etc)
  • Have a basic set of hand and electric toolsHVAC Certification preferred but not required
  • Most of our rental units are houses located across the city and will therefore require being willing to work in all parts of the Metro.
