Headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD, they have built a reputation for excellence across the education, municipal, and public-sector markets, with a project pipeline exceeding $500M through 2029.Your new role As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of large-scale ground-up and major renovation projects throughout Northern Virginia and the wider DMV region. The immediate focus will be a $39.8M phased, occupied elementary school renovation in Chantilly, VA, with several additional Fairfax County and Loudoun County projects expected to break ground in the near future. You’ll oversee one project at a time, managing all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, risk management, and overall project execution. Working closely with field leadership, ownership teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Hess offers flexibility for Project Managers to work either from the office or on the project site, with hybrid scheduling available depending on project needs.
