This role requires exceptional accuracy, consistent attendance, and a strong commitment to maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of performing meticulous work in a fast paced setting.
Schedule: Part-Time 24-30 Hours 10:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.
Compensation: $16-$19/hr (commensurate with experience)

Essential Responsibilities:
Quality Control - Conduct thorough inspections of incoming products, verifying lot numbers, expiration dates, packaging integrity, and compliance requirements
Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, organize stock, and ensure proper documentation
Order Processing - Pick, pack, and prepare shipments with a high degree of accuracy
Operational Support - Assist with labeling, data entry, documentation, and general warehouse organization
Team Coordination - Support internal teams by providing product information, stock availability updates, and workflow assistance
Required Qualifications:
Attention to Detail - Demonstrated ability to identify discrepancies and prevent errors
Accuracy & Precision - Consistently produces error free work in all inventory and QC tasks
Strong Attendance - Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a full time schedule
Work Ethic - Self motivated, dependable, and able to work without constant supervision
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or quality control
Proficiency with inventory systems, tracking tools, and basic computer applications
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, hands on environment
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. as needed
Preferred Attributes
Experience in medical, surgical, or regulated product environments
Familiarity with shipping platforms and fulfillment processes
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to evolving procedures and operational needs
