Senior Retirement Plans & Compensation Manager

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced retirement plans professional to join the Compensation and Benefits team in Seattle. You will handle complex retirement plan matters including qualified plans, 401(k)s, IRAs, and ESOPs, advising engagement teams and clients on compliance and strategic objectives. You will train staff on plan requirements, monitor regulatory developments, and collaborate with tax, payroll, and transactional advisory groups to deliver integrated solutions.
