Work Environment: This position is based onsite, predominantly operating in patients' homes. You will immerse yourself in the dynamics of home care, providing therapy in environments where patients feel most comfortable. Key Responsibilities: As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to create tailored treatment plans that address individual needs. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modern equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Regularly monitor and document patient progress, documenting treatment effectiveness and adapting plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic objectives. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for use of assistive devices and home therapy regimens. Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at helping patients regain strength and function post-injury or surgery. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes. Maintain an active professional development plan by attending relevant workshops and participating in professional organizations. Patient Population / Client FocusOur clients span a diverse demographic, including children and adults with a wide range of medical conditions requiring rehabilitation services. You will engage with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, neurological conditions, and other health issues, tailoring care strategies to their unique circumstances. Your role will play a pivotal part in enabling patients to regain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess the following: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families. Proficient computer skills for documentation and treatment planning. Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced home care environment.

Preferred Experience: While prior experience in a clinical setting is valuable, we welcome new graduates and do not require previous work experience. A passion for helping others and a commitment to continuous learning will set you apart in this role.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes: Sign-on bonus.
