Senior Director, Commercial Transformation Programs

Honeywell INC. is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Transformation to guide and manage strategic programs for the Commercial organization in a hybrid Charlotte, NC, environment. You will oversee program delivery, mentor leadership teams, and drive value across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while advancing strategic plans and governance processes.
