Come and bring progress to life with us!Key responsibilities:* Identify, develop and win new business opportunities with regional and emerging consumer brands across North America* Build and execute strategic growth plans that expand market share, customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth* Develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders across innovation, marketing, procurement, product development and executive leadership teams* Partner with customers to understand future needs, innovation pipelines and market opportunities while driving portfolio expansion and share growth* Lead commercial negotiations and long-term partnership discussions that create sustainable business value* Collaborate closely with perfumers, evaluators, marketing, consumer insights, regulatory, technical and operations teams to deliver winning customer solutions*The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $180,800-$240,000.In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
