To support client needs, the full-time Project Designer will develop documents, drawings, and diagrams while collaborating with design professionals and ensuring compliance with safety and aesthetic standards in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities: Formulate and confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts that meet client requirements Compile specifications for materials, finishes, and furniture to align with project goals Assist in the administration of contract documents and provide project implementation reporting

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a FIDER accredited institution (NCIDQ preferred) Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience Proficiency in AutoCAD or REVIT and Architectural Desktop Understanding of technical aspects of design and construction, including electrical and HVAC systems Familiarity with the five phases of an interior/architectural project
