Job TitlePhysician/Doctor - OB/GYNLocationFlorence, SC Acute Care / InpatientSchedule / Job TypeContract Weekend Coverage (Friday 7:00 AM - Sunday 4:30 PM) Locum TenensKey Responsibilities- Provide OB/GYN call coverage every weekend, beginning January 1, 2027- Perform inpatient rounding and select consultations throughout the weekend shift- Manage patient phone calls and respond to nighttime emergency pager as needed- Cover unscheduled deliveries as needed, with an expected volume of approximately 8-12 deliveries per weekend- Collaborate with OB Hospitalist support; expected checkout coverage provided- Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMRRequired Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in OB/GYN- Active South Carolina Medical License required- Prior OB/GYN experience required- Must be comfortable with inpatient rounding, consultations, and unscheduled delivery coveragePreferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a large, high-acuity hospital setting- Familiarity with Level 3 NICU environments and coordination with Neonatology teams- Experience working alongside Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists- Proficiency with EPIC EMRWhy Join Us- Opportunity to work at a large 517-bed facility featuring a 52-bed Level 3 NICU with on-site Neonatologists and Maternal Fetal Medicine support- Structured weekend-only schedule with no continuous in-house requirement and no scheduled surgical cases, offering a manageable and predictable workload Please reference Job number: 318288
