Floor and Wall Tiles Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell our high-quality tile and flooring products to builders, contractors, designers, retailers, and homeowners. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment. There is no base salary, but commission is uncapped and directly reflects your performance.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and secure new customers in residential and commercial markets Maintain relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and retailers Present product lines, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaics, SPC and LVT Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical knowledge as needed Generate quotes, close sales, and follow up on projects through completion Attend industry events, job sites, and showroom appointments (if applicable) Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Track all sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets

Qualifications: Prior sales experience in tile, flooring. Existing network in construction, remodeling, or interior design a strong plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with a commission-only structure Access to reliable transportation (if field visits are required)
