Business ClassificationsB2CAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Projects, Engineering, Technology, and AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership in the organization's strategic project portfolio, capital projects, architecture and engineering functions, information technology operations, logistics, workplace development, and digital transformation initiatives.
This role requires the establishment and execution of long-term strategies that align physical infrastructure, technology platforms, operational capabilities, and business objectives.
The VP will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex programs and enterprise initiatives, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and with measurable business impact. Candidates for the VP position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in large-scale projects, engineering functions, technology operations, and business transformation initiatives is required, along with at least 15 years' construction experience.
The role demands strong technical knowledge in capital project management, engineering, architecture, construction management, and workplace infrastructure, as well as advanced understanding of IT operations, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex, multidisciplinary teams, and delivering large-scale capital, technology, and operational projects. Executive presence, exceptional strategic planning, and strong financial management skills are essential for this position.
