Real Estate Acquisition Agent

Location: Remote, but must live in one of these markets: Lexington, KYCleveland, OHCincinnati, OHNashville, TNPhoenix, NZSavannah, GA(Local market knowledge is important since the role requires property visits, seller meetings, inspections, and negotiations.)

Base Salary: $50K with meaningful upside — top performers can see base grow over time Commission: $2,000 per home purchased Top performers earned over $125K last year Full benefits from Day 1 including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO

What You’ll Be Doing: Source, negotiate, and close residential property purchases directly with motivated sellers Build strong relationships and trust with homeowners Make offers and manage deals from first contact through close Visit properties for assessments, inspections, and negotiations Work independently while owning your pipeline and results Ideal Background:4–10 years of sales or business development experience Strong negotiator and communicator Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independentlyCRM proficient and tech-savvy Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends when needed
