Environmental Engineer - Plant Level

Must have at least (2) years of plant environmental experience and a Bachelor of Science in related technical field only! Manage environmental issues, regulatory reports and permits as related with a focus on either water/wastewater/stormwater compliance or waste/SPCC/Chemical Management. Position will be a member of the site EHS team, report into the Plant EHS Manager and support environmental compliance activities for a large, union manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities of this position include: Develop and maintain processes and systems to ensure compliance with permits and regulation. Coach and mentor line personnel in the execution of their environmental accountabilities. Compile and submit required environmental reports to Federal, State and Local Regulatory Agencies. Coordinates all Environmental sampling, reporting and follow-up; Preparation and submission of required reports and associated recordkeeping.
