Collection Specialist (Training Provided)

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour+Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm | 1 day a week 10am-7pm

What You'll Do: Manage customer loan accounts Contact customers by phone, email, text, and mail Negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate Follow up on past-due accounts Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records
