Director, Talent Engine Remote: Scale Technical Operators

Rackspace is seeking a Director, Talent Engine to lead the strategy, build-out, and operations of a scalable talent capability for Data & AI engagements. You will partner with HR, Delivery, Engineering and BU leaders to scale pathways from early-career to graduates, define merit bars, and drive production-ready outcomes. In this remote role, you’ll build a Rackspace academy, align curricula, certify operators, and forecast bench-to-billable demand across private cloud and AI deployments.
