Fund Counsel: Regulatory & Product Governance Lead

Natixis Investment Managers seeks an experienced investment management attorney to support mutual funds and ETFs. The Fund Counsel will advise on SEC registration, disclosure, and governance matters, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Fund Administration and Operations teams. Based in Boston with hybrid work: three in-office days per week now, moving to four days in 2027, enabling strong mentorship, stakeholder engagement, and strategic impact within a global asset manager.
