The Role: As a Community Coordinator, you're the human activation layer of our professional network. When one of our members recommends another professional for the ProInsight platform, you're the first voice on the other end, reaching out by text and phone, building a quick connection, and getting the right appointment on the calendar. Warm referrals are the goal, but this is still a performance role. When the pipeline needs filling, you don't wait; you prospect. That's why we look for SDR DNA: someone who knows how to create opportunities, not just work the ones handed to them.
What You'll Do:
  • Act immediately on all referrals from ProInsight members and reach out to prospective professionals via text and phone
  • Schedule introductory appointments between prospects and our team
  • Maintain strong conversion from referral to booked appointment
  • Represent the ProInsight brand as the first human touch in every new professional relationship
  • Prospect independently when the referral pipeline needs support
What We're Looking For:
  • SDR or appointment-setting background, if you've succeeded with cold leads, you'll thrive here with warm ones
  • Strong written communicator, especially in conversational, text-based outreach
  • Organized and responsive, comfortable in CRM and scheduling tools
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting people and takes pride in follow-through
