Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving processesManage inventory management systems to maintain precise stock levels and streamline inventory control proceduresLead and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementImplement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize materials handling workflowsEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team membersCoordinate with logistics providers and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners to facilitate smooth shipping schedulesSupervise the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely during daily tasksUtilize warehouse management systems such as AS400 to track shipments, inventory movements, and reportingExperienceProven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced distribution environmentStrong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution operationsHands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), particularly AS400 or similar platformsMechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment such as forklifts and heavy lifting toolsDemonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards in accordance with OSHA guidelinesExperience working within a distribution or manufacturing environments is highly desirableFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies to enhance operational workflowsJoin us as a Warehouse Manager and be part of a dynamic team committed to operational excellence!
