Trading Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality. Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time. Identify and elevate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps. Liquidity & Pricing: Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth. Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues. Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings. Risk & Trade Lifecycle Management: Monitor client positions, exposure, and overall risk in real time. Handle trade adjustments, corrections, and dispute investigations. Ensure accuracy of trade records and reconciliation. Act as first responder for trading-related incidents and coordinate with tech teams. Use Python and SQL for automation, data extraction, and reconciliations.
