Set up the equipment to start production. Feed the machine with powder. Verify that the capsules are released correctly. Control weight variations. Recover dust from vacuum cleaners. Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements. Compound or processed ingredients or coloring, depending on formulas. Read work orders to determine specifications or production information. Observe production or monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Mix the ingredients by starting the machines and mixing for specified times. Fill or supply the machine with raw material powder and capsules as required. Fill in all the different batch registration formats, depending on the established time. Keep the work area clean.
