About the Role: The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder/CEO in a dynamic, high-performance, and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning strategic priorities into cross-functional execution, with a strong emphasis on customer experience. This role requires a background in consulting, investment banking, software/tech, growth, sales, or a similar high-performance role, rather than a specific focus on customer service or CX. The Chief of Staff will be expected to start deeply embedded in customer experience, learning the function hands-on, and then grow into a broader mandate that includes running leadership cadence, synthesizing business activities, and helping the Founder stay focused on key priorities as the company scales. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include CX immersion and leadership, strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, owning special projects, meeting and cadence management, reporting and analysis, prioritization, and gatekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple, ambiguous, cross-functional projects, and will be comfortable working directly and candidly with the Founder/CEO.High personal standards, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a remote, asynchronous, and digitally native environment are essential. The role is not for those who require a clearly defined, narrow scope, or who are uncomfortable with high pace and ambiguity.
