Data Specialist

Job Summary: As a Data Specialist, you'll monitor, manage, and elevate incoming and outgoing production file processing using multiple applications and systems. Location and Schedule Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Training will be conducted onsite at our Vadnais Heights, MN location After training is complete, this position will transition to a hybrid work arrangement, primarily remote with the ability to work onsite as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Process incoming and outgoing files according to the client/programming specification. Proactively respond to the needs of both internal and external clients. Manage production and ensure all files are received and processed correctly. Process files using current data manipulation and encryption software. Assist Information Technology personnel and IS Department Resubmit abnormally ended jobs after determining problem and taking corrective actions.

Qualifications: Candidates of all experience are encouraged to apply! Training is provided. Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight hours. Drug screen and FBI criminal background check are required. While not required, the ideal candidate will have experience with: CA Workload Automation/Autosys SharePoint MOVEit Automation by ipswitch MS Office Compensation and Benefits $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
