Conduct compliance audits and reviews to assess adherence to regulations and internal procedures. Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters. Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across different departments. Assist in investigating compliance-related incidents and violations. Support the development and maintenance of compliance documentation and record-keeping. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging compliance trends. Assist in preparing and submitting required reports to regulatory agencies. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIESKnowledge of transportation and logistics industry regulations. Understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. For this position, the expected base pay range is $29.71 $37.14 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
