Duties:
Prepare, file, and enforce mechanics' and materialmen's liens.
Handle payment disputes, delay and disruption claims.
Manage defective design and construction claims.
Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
Prepare discovery and handle motion practice.
Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation.
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Experience in construction disputes.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
