Assembler II

Accountabilities: Assemble boilers according to drawings and instruction using complex tools. Connect pipe, pipe fittings. Perform complex testing activities Follow all safe working practices working with hand tools, machines and vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications: (Education, Certifications and Required Experience): High School diploma or GED Read and interpret complex drawings required to complete custom work Good physical stamina Ability to work independently and perform assigned tasks with minimal instruction Steel plate forming and welding experience is a plus.

Frequent standing and walking. Bending/Stooping – Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. Full motion of the body, lower extremities and back muscles. Ability to run a sand rammer for extended periods of time. Respirator - Must be able to use a respirator and may be exposed to dust and fumes.
