Title Agent - General

Lonestar Land Services team is growing, and we're looking for experienced Title Agents with astrong title and land rightsfocus to support projects across the USA. Thisposition can be field-based and/or remote, project-drivenrole where your attention to detail and researchcapabilities directly support successful project completion. You'll managethe full acquisition process of title research, documentation, and closeout - while partnering closely with internalteams across legal, survey, environmental, and projectmanagement. Conduct detailed title research, ownership verification, and parcel analysis using county records, GIS systems, and public data sources Support valuation efforts, appraisals, and damageassessments Participate in project meetings and assist with closeout activities
