About the Role: The Company is in search of a Vice President of Procurement for the Americas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the regional procurement organization, setting and executing the procurement strategy in alignment with global priorities, and establishing category strategies for major procurement categories. This role demands a leader with at least 10 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial leadership, and a proven track record in developing and executing procurement strategies for complex capital projects, particularly in the utility-scale energy sector. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading high-value negotiations, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring the procurement team is equipped to support the growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. Applicants for the Vice President of Procurement position at the company should possess a deep knowledge of renewable energy equipment and supplier markets, with a focus on utility-scale BESS and solar PV. The role requires a leader with strong commercial judgment, the ability to influence decisions across a complex, international organization, and a background in financial acumen related to procurement. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or professional certification.
