Senior Experience Designer — Digital Guest Journeys

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Principal Experience Designer to own the unified digital design experience across the guest journey—from Shop to Next Cruise. You will partner with Sr. Product Owners and other principals to ensure a single, brand-anchored design standard, not a patchwork across stages. You will set direction, guide design systems, and mentor designers across product, content, and technology teams without direct reports.
