Frozen Foods Selector And Case Picker (Night Shift)The Frozen Foods Selector and Case Picker (Night Shift) plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment of customer and retail store orders within a temperature-controlled distribution environment. This position is responsible for selecting cases, replenishing inventory, verifying product accuracy, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining food safety, inventory accuracy, and cold-chain integrity. The associate utilizes RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to execute daily picking, replenishment, and inventory transactions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to case pick accuracy, knowledge of frozen food handling requirements, and the ability to work safely and productively in a fast-paced night shift operation. Working closely with Team Leads, Supervisors, Inventory Control, and Shipping teams, this role helps ensure service level excellence and customer satisfaction.
