Job Description: The. NET developer should be able to design, code, test, new and existing applications using core software engineering principles. In addition, the candidate must have a history of leading their team in workflow, project management, design, code review, and the overall technical lead of the development team.

Technical skills include: Design and develop code using object-oriented principles and design standards. Deep expertise and hands-on experience with object-oriented software development and the overall development domain including languages, frameworks, and design patterns. Develop and implement standards for coding discipline, testing, and software maintainability. Evaluate, estimate, and prioritize system enhancement requests. Maintain the development source control repositories. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies in order to provide recommendations for future technology strategies. Support production by leading efforts to troubleshoot production issues.
