Job Title: Director, Risk Management & Patient Safety (KFH/HP)
Location: Downey, CAOnsite
Salary: $175,600 – $258,100/year
Job Summary:
Seeking a Director to lead Clinical Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality, and Infection Prevention programs within an acute care hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical risk and patient safety programs.
Conduct/oversee RCA, FMEA, and clinical chart reviews.
Oversee Infection Prevention and architectural infection-control activities.
Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Analyze patient safety, quality, and population health data.
Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams.
Must-Haves:
Recent acute care hospital risk management experience.
CPHRM certification.
RN license preferred/required.
Experience with RCA, FMEA, and patient safety.
Infection Prevention program experience.
Architectural infection control experience.
Healthcare cybersecurity risk experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
