Key responsibilities:
Analyze clinical data availability and develop insights about data gaps and opportunities for acquisition
Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to align on outcomes and ensure data usability
Define and implement KPIs to measure the success of clinical data initiatives
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, data operations, or program management
Working knowledge of healthcare IT systems and data exchange methods, including SFTP and RESTful APIs
Understanding of healthcare interoperability, including CMS requirements and various EHR systems
Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets or Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into execution plans
