Human Resources Generalist

COMPENSATION: 75k to 85k plus full paid benefitsMUST HAVE: Bachelor's Degree (preferred but please apply)

MUST HAVE: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources in a professional environment (manufacturing preferred)

Responsibilities: Act as a front-line recruiter and work with external recruitment partnersManage benefit administrationHandle payroll and PDO earnedWork with leaders to proactively manage the staffing, movement and development of talentAssist supervisors in the handling of employee issuesWork with Managers to address attendance, uniform code, protective gear, safety rules, GMP violationsContribute to quarterly reviews and performance reviewsEnforce the plant attendance policyCoordinate, schedule, and track employee training/certificationWork with recruiters to bring in contract workers when neededWork with outside legal and resources, to stay current on laws and regulationsEnsures compliance with all federal and state lawsRequirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related business field 3+ years of experience in Human Resources 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environmentBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; company-matched 401(k) with profit sharing; company-paid disability and life insurance; paid holidays; generous PTO; annual bonus opportunity; and a strong culture focused on employee success.jdp
