Manage case workloads and track referral progress to ensure timely case resolution and continuity of care
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support program implementation and effective communication
Required qualifications:
Experience in medical case management, patient care, or healthcare support roles
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, pharmacy benefit management, or related healthcare environment
At least 1 year of customer service experience with a focus on exceptional service delivery
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects independently
