Performance Marketing Manager Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and oversee paid advertising initiatives across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Manage media budgets across multiple campaigns, adjusting investment levels to support both immediate performance targets and long-term growth objectives. Track campaign effectiveness through accurate measurement frameworks, reporting on key performance indicators and evaluating channel-level contribution. Work closely with creative and cross-functional team members to align campaign messaging, test new concepts, and improve asset performance while maintaining brand consistency. Review account performance regularly to identify inefficiencies, reduce unnecessary spend, and address creative fatigue or targeting gaps. Create scalable media strategies for new and existing client accounts by combining performance data, competitive insights, and business goals. Communicate recommendations and performance updates to clients clearly, using data to explain decisions and prioritize next steps.
