Key Responsibilities: Lead complex $20M+ automation installations Oversee multiple subcontract packages and startup teams Drive schedule, risk mitigation, and escalation management Act as primary customer interface during installation and commissioning Lead mass testing, integration, and final acceptance Align change orders and manage commercial impact Safety (OSHA compliance, site standards, vendor oversight)Ideal Background Has 10+ years’ experience in automation, material handling, or industrial project delivery Has managed $20M+ system implementations Is confident leading subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams Understands commissioning, integration testing and system ramp-up Can operate independently at customer site level Is comfortable with 100% travel across the U.S.If you thrive in fast-paced industrial environments, enjoy leading from the front, and want to deliver industry-leading automation systems, this is a strong progression opportunity.
