Key Responsibilities:
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Direct all phases of multifamily construction from pre-construction, budgeting, and subcontractor buyout through execution and closeout. Financial & Schedule Control: Manage project financials, forecasting, owner billings, change orders, and master schedules to ensure target milestones and profit margins are met. Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, owners, and municipal officials while fostering strong working relationships. Field Coordination: Collaborate closely with project Superintendents to maintain rigorous standards for jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule adherence. Qualifications:
2+ years of Multifamily construction experience, with a proven track record managing ground-up or mid-rise multifamily projects as a Project Manager. Strong command of project management software (e.g., Procore, Plan Grid, MS Project).Comprehensive understanding of local Charlotte subcontractor markets, zoning, and building codes is a strong advantage.
