Patient Advocate & Care Liaison

City of Hope is seeking a Patient Advocate to serve as a liaison between patients, families and COH leadership, physicians and staff across the enterprise. You will review and resolve complex complaints and ensure adherence to advocacy guidelines, while maintaining patient privacy and compassionate support. In this role you will draft formal grievance letters, coordinate physician reassignments, and collaborate with risk management to investigate issues.
