The Opportunity:
This is the company's highest hiring priority. The successful candidate will lead a $1.5B capital raise, working directly with the founding team and representing the platform to the capital markets. The role carries full ownership of strategy, relationships, and outcomes, with scope to build the capital formation function as the platform scales.
Key Responsibilities:

Bonus for fluency in Mandarin An entrepreneurial, self-directed, high-agency profile suited to a lean, high-autonomy environment with minimal process Direct exposure to GPU, data center, or compute financing is a strong plus Prior digital asset experience is valued but not required; willingness to develop fluency in on-chain settlement mechanics is sufficient Please note this is an external-facing capital raising mandate.
