Director of Creative Production & In-Store Signage

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Director of Creative Production in New Jersey to lead the end-to-end workflow for high-volume, on-brand creative projects. You will manage intake, timelines, approvals, and handoffs across internal teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners. You will own in-store signage production, collaborate with Creative, Merchandising and Stores, and supervise budgets, vendor estimates, and print schedules while ensuring quality and cost control.
