Responsibilities:
Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service Audit trailers Audit all order fillers, randomly, each week Audit shipping, receiving, and belts, randomly Audit order filers working in order selection and/or splits Perform cycle counts Perform inventory responsibilities Maintain individual, shift, and warehouse audit records Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Qualifications Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum 18 years of age Ability to pass drug test Ability to work weekends on a rare basis Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis Ability to work any shift Maintain confidentiality Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker and high rise crane Valid driver's license Lift truck certification/license Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure Auditing experience Benefits A wide range of healthcare coverage, including affordable, comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage, through company plans or collective bargaining agreement plans.
