Chip Design Engineer for Nitro SoC Platform

Annapurna Labs, an Amazon team, designs and delivers high-end, custom silicon powering AWS infrastructure. As a Chip Design Engineer, you will own IP blocks, contribute to RTL, and collaborate with Verification, Software, and Physical Design teams across the Nitro stack. You will participate in architecture definition, feature development, and integration for the Nitro SoC, enabling mass production on millions of servers and driving scale for AWS.
