Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Design Phase Manager in Minneapolis to translate the owner's vision into design solutions and construction parameters. You will lead the design team, ensure scope, budget, and schedule alignment, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. You will mentor design phase staff, prepare project proposals, and drive clear communication across diverse teams, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-changing
